Blair Primis
With over 20 years of experience in marketing communications, creative direction, and social networking, I am a seasoned marketing leader who specializes in driving demand and growth for businesses in the healthcare sector and standing up bespoke teams and strategies. As the Chief Marketing Officer at Flagship Specialty Partners, I oversee the marketing strategy and execution for a partnership that supports and empowers surgeons to achieve their practice goals and thrive in the modern healthcare market. Throughout my career, I have built and led high-performing creative teams that deliver best-in-class work products and results. I have also been involved in various strategic initiatives, board memberships, and advisory roles that demonstrate my passion and commitment to the healthcare community and the creative industry. I am an active mentor and coach, and I enjoy teaching and speaking on topics such as effective marketing disruption and evolution, leadership, maximizing team performance, change management, and planning.
Olivia has many years of experience working in the nonprofit sector, and is currently the Philanthropy Manager for the Humane Society of Charlotte. A native of Columbia, SC she grew up training in tap, ballet, and lyrical, and has a passion for all forms of dance and arts. Olivia graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Public Relations before moving to Charlotte to receive her Masters degree in Public Administration at UNC Charlotte. Nearly five years ago, she discovered the aerial arts and currently trains in lyra, trapeze, sling, and silks at Bloom Movement Artistry. Olivia holds leadership roles within the Junior League of Charlotte and the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and is also a co-founder of Charlotte Change Starters, which is a networking group for nonprofit professionals. She is looking forward to combining her love of both nonprofits and the arts as co-chair of the Board of Directors for CC&Co.

Olivia Morris
Victoria has worked with a broad scope of companies in variety of finance and accounting roles. Her experience includes everything from cost analysis for large multinationals to bookkeeping for nonprofits. She has also consulted for the Charlotte Symphony and Big Brothers Big Sisters. She is currently employed at Compass Group, supporting operations finance, data analysis, and technology projects.
An avid arts supporter, she studied the clarinet and piano throughout college and was introduced to the ballet world through her daughters' love of dance. She is thankful to be able to share her accounting skills with such a unique organization.
Other interests include skiing, fitness, and international travel. She is also learning to play the drums.

Dr. Elizabeth Peterson-Vita, PhD
A native New Yorker, Elizabeth Peterson-Vita, PhD (aka “Dr. EPV”) obtained her BA from New York University and her PhD in clinical psychology from Long Island University, with a focus on neuropsychology. She is licensed as a psychologist in NC and NY, and worked in private inpatient and outpatient practice before coming to Charlotte in 2000 to become the Clinical Director of Mecklenburg’s Area Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services. She was subsequently Clinical Director of the managed care organization MeckLINK, and later served as Clinical Director of Mecklenburg County’s Clinical and Contractual Services Division of DSS. She then became Executive Director-Behavioral Health for United Healthcare’s Community Plan, assisting with North Carolina’s Medicaid Transformation. She is currently a consultant in behavioral health, particularly engaged with child behavioral health systems. She has charted a parallel lifetime course in theatre arts as a writer, actor, director, and producer, and her work has included stage productions, streamed radio theatre productions, and dramatic audio CDs, including numerous Grammy submissions. In addition, she has been a theatre and film reviewer for print and on-line media, including BroadwayWorld.com. She views the arts as transformational experiences, and is honored to support Caroline Calouche & Co. in their outstanding work and in making a difference within the Charlotte arts landscape and beyond.

Gina Antilus
Gina Antilus, an attorney by training, currently provides legal support for various organizations to help enhance their efficiency and profitability. Her expertise includes assisting these entities with their pre-litigation document review process when legal complications arise.
Gina is passionate about serving the needs of children and is an advocate for education equity. She received her B.A. in Government and Politics from St. John’s University and a J.D. from Howard University School of Law. Gina is a Pilates enthusiast who also enjoys international travel, cooking, curating events, and canvas painting with her toddler. She is passionate about the arts and making it accessible for all; specifically performing arts. Gina is a native of New York City currently residing in Charlotte. She is a proud member of the Junior League of Charlotte.
